Terms

Website and program terms.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Who you are dealing with

These terms cover this website and Brandon Bozarth's coaching and educational offerings, including Integrated Somatic Inquiry and Quintessence Academy. Brandon Bozarth is the individual operator, based in Brenham, Texas. Meridian's platform has separate terms at www.meridian-os.ai/terms.

Participants must be at least 18. A program's offer, signed agreement and any specific written promises also apply. These general website terms do not replace or reduce commitments already made to existing clients.

Education and participation

The offerings provide education and voluntary inquiry. Brandon is not acting as a licensed physician, psychotherapist or counselor. Participation does not establish a healthcare-provider relationship. The content does not diagnose or treat disease and is not a substitute for qualified medical or mental-health care.

Do not stop or change treatment because of course content, an AI output or a group discussion. You can decline an exercise or pause participation. No particular health, personal or business result is guaranteed. These services and messages are not emergency care.

Program scope and enrollment

Read the offer and agreement for the program you choose. They describe what is included, access dates, attendance requirements and any separately priced services. A waitlist signup is not an accepted enrollment or a promise of a place.

An educational certificate or practitioner directory listing is not a medical license. Any external accreditation must be expressly identified; participation alone does not establish it.

Fees, refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms vary by program. Check the specific offer, checkout terms and agreement before paying. Some programs are final sale; others provide a stated refund period or guarantee. These website terms do not impose one final-sale rule on every purchase.

A recurring membership and installments toward a fixed program fee are different arrangements. The applicable agreement explains renewal, cancellation and any remaining payment obligation. Canceling future renewals does not automatically refund past charges. If the promised service is not delivered, contact us so we can address the issue under your agreement and applicable law.

The six-month improvement or refund guarantee is no longer offered for new facilitator-training enrollments. Every agreement and promise already made to existing clients remains intact. Nothing here excludes mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights.

Recordings and privacy

Follow the recording notices and permissions for your program. Protect other participants' information. Do not record, copy or distribute another person's session or story without the required permission.

Private review, cohort replays, public testimonials and optional AI learning have different purposes and audiences. The permissions in your agreement govern those uses. These terms do not create a blanket release of your likeness, story or sensitive information. See the Privacy page for information handling and requests.

AI tools and other practitioners

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Treat it as material to review, not as a diagnosis or a verified explanation of a symptom. It does not replace professional judgment or appropriate healthcare.

A practitioner or apprentice you book separately is responsible for that service. Review their qualifications, fee and agreement before booking. Academy membership does not automatically include private appointments.

Content and acceptable use

Respect the content permissions stated for the course or resource you receive. Rights to teach or reuse a method do not give permission to disclose another participant's private information. You retain your own rights in material you contribute, subject to the specific permissions you grant.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, impersonate someone or harass other participants. Program-specific conduct and suspension terms remain in the applicable agreement. We can restrict website access to address misuse without removing rights that applicable law protects.

Availability and legal rights

We work to keep the website available, but interruptions and corrections can occur. If an interruption affects a paid service, your program agreement and mandatory legal rights still apply.

These website terms do not create a new liability release, arbitration requirement or waiver of consumer rights. Any separate agreement must be considered on its own terms. Texas law applies to these website terms except where mandatory law gives you protections that cannot be excluded.

Changes and questions

We can revise these website terms for future use and will provide notice where required. Posting a revision does not rewrite an existing client agreement or revoke a promise already made. Contact us about a concern before sharing sensitive details publicly.
