Free 10-day training
The Biological Man.
10 days inside masculine design.
Masculinity is built in. You cannot learn it. This free training looks at the biology underneath a man's drive, territory, provision, risk, and the conflicts that castrate him.
The starting point
You are masculine by design.
Provide, be decisive, be strong, lead, and remain steady when your woman is emotional or shares her emotions with you. That is the list most people hand a man when they talk about masculinity.
You cannot perform or act your way into masculinity.
You are, by design, masculine, and by design you will have high testosterone that fuels your masculine traits. If at some stage you felt like you lost your masculinity, your drive, your confidence, your boldness, or your leadership, or you never felt those characteristics or traits, chances are you have had a DHS (a conflict shock that shut down your masculinity). This training defines those traits so you can pinpoint which conflicts may be turning off your male side (through the temporal lobe) and making you depressed.
This is a hormonal definition of depression, not a strictly emotional one.
Over the next 10 days we will define the masculine design characteristics and the conflicts that interrupt it so you can begin resolving at the root.
Included
Two guides to keep.
Free guide
Biological masculinity.
Every masculine and feminine trait, what each hormone does, and why masculine and male are not the same word.
Free guide
The male territory conflicts
Loss, fear, anger, marking and resistance. Where each one lands in the brain, which tissue it runs in, and what healing looks like.
Across the ten days
What you’ll actually walk away with.
01
Masculinity is not learned
It is built in. Testosterone runs one set of traits, estrogen runs the opposite. Whichever state you are living in is what you look like — you cannot act your way into it.
02
Why men scan the room
Territory and status are not ego. They are what male biology is built to read. What territory actually is, and why losing it registers as survival.
03
The boy and the man
Rescued or led. How over-protection installs dependence, the mother's unique role, and why the father's job is to be an example rather than a shield.
04
“Am I capable?”
The question running underneath the drive. The four male territory conflicts, the temporal lobe relay, and what happens in the body when one of them stays active.
05
Why you feel like you need to provide
Givers and receivers. Hunters and choosers. Why provision is biological rather than cultural, and what it costs to live on the wrong side of the polarity.
06
Where lost ground shows up in the body
Every symptom of a territory conflict, male side and female side. Which tissue runs which program, what conflict-active looks like, and what healing looks like.
07
The risk you were built for
Calculated risk is how male biology builds competence and self-respect. Why you were conditioned to believe you are not competent, and where testosterone actually surges.
08
What happens when he gets “mothered”
A man cannot be mothered and desired by the same woman. Why drive drops when she takes the male role, and what her criticism is actually made of.
09
Why you shut down when she opens up
Her biology does not need your fix, it needs your presence. Biological opposites, the male form of vulnerability, and the one move that reads as weak.
10
You don’t build it back. You uncover it.
The whole thing in four lines. The shutdown was an adaption that once kept you safe. Resolve the conflict and the design comes back, because it never left.
